Studio Global Decors — Return Policy

At Studio Global Decors, we take pride in delivering high-quality decorative and interior sheets. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

A product will be eligible for return or replacement only if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective during transit.

  • The product received is incorrect (different design, size, or model).

  • There is a manufacturing defect visible upon delivery.

3. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

  • The item should be returned in the same condition as received.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or cutting after delivery.

  • Color or texture variations, as slight differences may occur due to screen or lighting.

  • Custom-made or bulk orders produced as per customer specifications.

  3. Our quality team will review and confirm within 2–3 working days.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the error is from our side (wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be free.

  • For other cases (like customer cancellation or wrong size ordered), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
